An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Admin & Operations Support Position. to assist with the existing accounting team & general support to management team.

Responsibility

  • Entering vendor invoices;
  • Daily monitoring of customer billed/unbilled limits;
  • Entering and checking expense reports;
  • Credit control as required including setting and reviewing credit limits, handling account disputes, liaising with customers regarding payment plans;
  • Promptly responding to general accounts enquiries;
  • Generating letters, documents and emails to a high professional standard;
  • Processing customers’ orders and confirming correct pricing, part numbers and product descriptions;
  • Assisting with Warehouse duties and shipments where necessary;
  • Correspond with the vendor regarding service and repair issues;
