Our client is a long established Adelaide foundry located in the inner Northern suburbs, who is seeking to employ the services of a Human Resources Administrator for their busy foundry.
About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a proven and committed HR Administrator to join their team in an ongoing casual position for 24hrs per week with an immediate start.
You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best available human talent and retaining and developing by providing competitive job conditions, efficient and timely payroll processes, proper training and a healthy, safe workplace. Working collaboratively with the other team members and respective business clients, you will ensure all enquiries are responded to within agreed service level standards.
You must have;
Tertiary Degree in Business, Human Recourses or related discipline
Excellent Verbal, written and graphic communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel (Functions and Pivot Tables)
Tertiary degree in WHS desirable, but not essential
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience using Word and Excel , along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Your eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills will be vital in this busy and exciting role.
